We set everything up for you
Send us your class lists and we create every class and pupil login in one batch. You get back a print-ready sheet of usernames and PINs, plus QR login cards for younger pupils. No data entry for your staff.
Pupils sign in and go
Pupils log in on a phone, tablet or computer with their username and PIN (or scan their QR card) and their progress starts flowing to the teacher dashboard immediately.

What does it cost?
£150 per year for the whole school — unlimited pupils, one flat price, payable by invoice (no card needed). Small schools pay the same low price, and we set everything up for you.
What about safeguarding and data protection?
Brightquill Education Ltd is registered with the ICO (registration ZC164266). The app shows no adverts, uses no advertising trackers and has no messaging between pupils. Pupil accounts contain no email address and only the name or alias the school chooses. The app never records sound. Data is never sold, and we delete accounts on request.
Which devices do pupils need?
Whatever you already have. Spelling Universe runs on Android phones and tablets, on iPhone and iPad, and in a web browser — so school laptops and Chromebooks work with nothing to install. Progress syncs across all of them, so a pupil can start on a class tablet and carry on at home.
