Number Line

Using it in class
Jumps are the point
Drag from one tick to another and it draws the hop and labels the distance. That is what makes this a teaching tool rather than a ruler: counting on, counting back, finding a difference and adding in steps all look like something.
Hide a number and ask
Tap any label to cover it. Cover one, cover half of them, or use Blank line and take the labels away completely — the ticks stay, so the class has to work out where things are rather than read them off.
The same line, four ways
Split a unit into quarters and switch the labels between fractions, decimals and percentages without moving a tick. 1⁄4, 0.25 and 25% are the same place, and this is the quickest way to show it.
Thirds and sixths have no exact decimal, so they are labelled with a dot over the recurring digit — 0.3̇ — rather than being quietly rounded.
