A pupil forgot their PIN — how do they get back in?

If the pupil was set up by a tutor, the tutor can reset their 4-digit PIN from the pupil's page in the dashboard. Learners who signed up for themselves should email us and we'll help.

I'm a tutor and can't sign in.

Email support@brightquill.co.uk from the address on your account and we'll help you regain access.

How does the free trial work?

Individual and tutor accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends you can subscribe to keep practising and saving progress. Your data is never deleted just because a trial ends.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Once paid subscriptions launch, they are billed through Google Play, so you manage or cancel them in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. The current version does not take payments in-app.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email dpo@brightquill.co.uk (or ask your tutor to remove a managed pupil) and we'll delete the account within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.

Which devices are supported?

Times Tables Universe is available on Android phones and tablets. An iOS/iPad version is planned.
