If you contact us
If you email us or make a tutoring enquiry, we process the contact details and information you choose to share (such as your name, email address, and what you're asking about) solely to respond and, where relevant, to provide tutoring services. Email is handled through Google Workspace.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Tutoring records are kept as long as required for the service and any legal or accounting obligations.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to restrict or object to processing. Email dpo@brightquill.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
