Counting patterns
Switch on multiples of 2 and then 3. The striped squares are common multiples. Which pattern will multiples of 6 make?
What's hidden?
Hide 10 numbers at random and turn on Ask for the number. Children work out each one from its neighbours: one more, one less, ten more, ten less.
Adding on the square
Use Jump to show 34 + 23 as two jumps down a row and three along. Switch to Ones first: does the answer change?
