Ways to use it
Spot the equivalents
Turn on the equivalence line and drag it to a half. Every row with an edge on the line makes a fraction equal to 1/2. Which rows never line up with a third?
Bigger or smaller?
Shade 3/4 in the quarters and 4/5 in the fifths, then press Push shading left. The number line under the wall shows which is bigger, and by how much.
From fractions to percentages
Switch the labels to decimals or percentages. A third is 0.3 recurring (the dot means the 3 goes on for ever), which is 33⅓%.
